4. 有扎实的英语基础知识，善于不断自我学习和创新。

工作职责：

1. 负责中心日常英语教学和相关教学服务工作。

2. 负责中心日常活动策划、组织和举办。

3. 参与中心定期举行的教学培训和研讨会，不断提高自身综合素质，掌握教学技巧。

4. 接受中心定期开展的教师综合能力的考核，争取成为星级教师。

5. 积极配合中心其他部门的相关工作。
